These are also sourced at day old from Hollyberry Hatcheries, Lincolnshire and Hockenhall Turkeys of Chester.

For those who prefer the lighter flesh and flavour of the white turkey we rear slow-growing strains. They are free-ranged to allow them to enjoy the varied diet they find amongst the beech trees on the farm, and being hand-plucked and hung for around 14 days they have a taste far superior to any mass produced white turkey 5-12kgs (11-25lbs) oven-ready.
